Move floss up and down on mesial of tooth three to four times, then move above papilla, wrap in C-shape around distal of adjacent tooth. Use your thumbs to guide the floss through the upper teeth. Wrap floss around your index and middle fingers, leaving about five centimetres between your hands and insert between your teeth.
